TERMS OF SERVICE

Please, read before contacting me for a commission.

When purchasing my art you're automatically bound to these Terms of Service.The terms are subject to change at any time.Anything that is not said here will be dealt with in the fairest way for both parts. If you fail to comply with these terms it may result in the cancellation of your commission and/or your name on a permanent ban list.Last updated: MARCH 2024

GENERAL TERMS

- I prefer using PayPal invoices.- Payment currency is USD or EUR.- Cryptocurrency will not be accepted as a valid form of payment.- The prices on the commission page are only for basic design information. Prices can change according to complexity, difficulty and amount of time and effort that will be put into the work.- Payments of $200 and under must be made up front in full before work begins. Payment plans are only available for commissions above $200. The final work will NOT be delivered until complete payment is sent.- I will only start your drawing once the whole payment is sent (this also including payment plans).- The customer is NOT PERMITTED to change the basic prompt, species or the idea of the commission.- I don't usually work on commissions during weekends, so I hope you understand that.- I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission at any time for any reason. I may issue a refund for unworked hours and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, unforeseen violation of these terms, or inability to communicate. Clients will be notified ahead of time in case of cancellation.- ONCE PAID, I CANNOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS! This is important due to all my PayPal payments being converted to my currency, which AUTOMATICALLY transfers all quantity to my bank account. Unless I cannot complete your commission, I'll offer something else or an emergencial refund.-I will not handle depiction of illegal activities, hateful images or extremely explicit content. i do draw NSFW but i don't accept doing some certain types of fetish art.- You need to send me clear references so I can draw. A single picture is enough if you don't have a whole reference sheet; I do not take commissions based on text description alone.- I will send you previews of the sketch so that you can ask me for slight modifications like poses or expression (this can only be done during the sketch).- If the client doesn't communicate within two weeks of receiving a commission update, I will continue with the piece until completion whether or not the results are approved. This is important to keep my queue moving and respect the time of other clients and myself.- The more complicated and big the commission the longer i'll take to finish the piece. Please be patient and don't rush me.- Please don't ask me all the time if I started your commission already; once I have the opportunity I will send you a WIP.- If I'm not active for over 3 or 4 months, I will send you (the client) a note explaining what’s going on.- I retain ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes the rights to use it within my own advertising for my freelance services.- I will also retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or website. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift, let me know and I'll delay public showcase if requested. I may also accept requests to keep completed commissions private IF discussed beforehand.- The client is NOT allowed to profit from the commissioned artwork. This includes the sale of the digital files, or rights to the image. If the client plans to sell rights to the character(s) involved in their commission, or wishes to resell a purchased adoptable, the artwork CAN be sold at a maximum of its original price.- The creation of NFTs using my work is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Clients who disregard this will be blacklisted and barred from all future commission opportunities.- The client is not allowed to remove my watermark from a drawing without my permission. All my artwork is copyrighted. If you want a version without my watermark you can ask, but its NOT allowed the public use, only personal.- The client is allowed to re-post the commission or use it as profile photo on your page (for example: on your character/fursona account), but it must be credited including the link or username of my Twitter (@cryptid_jhin).- Commissions are for personal use only, do not use them commercially without my authorization.

WHAT I DRAW

- any kind of fanart
- OC's (original characters)
- animals (anthropomorphic or wild)
- monsters and mythological creatures
- gore / blood
- ship art / couples
- NSFW
- transformation (ex: werewolf)

WHAT I DON'T DRAW

- extremely detailed mecha / robots
- backgrounds
- abuse, incest, racism (...)
- non-consensual sex
- pedophilia
- zoophilia
- HATE ART

ADOPTABLE CHARACTER DESIGN TOS

- The character can't be resold for a higher price than you bought it. (unless they come with extra art)- ONLY money. (PAYPAL)- After the payment is done, i'll send you the character reference in full resolution by email or google drive- Payment must be made immediately after the auction if you win it.- NO HOLDS.- Small changes like gender, colors and details in the character can be made!SB = Starting Bid
MI = Minimum Increase
AB = Auto-Buy(ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS UP TO 3 MONTHS) just ask me for it beforehandly!FOR PAYMENT PLANS, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE ALREADY PAID PART!!

COMMISSIONS INFO

I accept a maximum of 2 simultaneous commissions per client.If you can, provide references to pre-existing art or a collection of other images to use as inspiration.

SIMPLE COLORING

Sketchy lineart, colored and textured with minimal shading.

Icon - $120
Portrait/bust - $140
Half-body - $160
Fullbody - $180

Extras:
Additional characters or poses - 80% of base price*

REFERENCE SHEET

A custom ref sheet for your character. Includes color swatches and info box if requested. Please contact me with the sorts of things you’re looking for in a ref sheet to get a quote for these, since prices may vary a good bit depending on the complexity and detail involved with depicting your character!

Estimated value with front and back poses + icon = $440More complex designs can pay $90-500 more.Custom:Full body - $180 for the first pose, + $150 for each additional angle. $100-120 for versions with different clothes (depending on complexity)Expressions / icons - 110$ for each icon.Shaded colors + $50-90 depending on the number of poses.
